Heather is the visionary behind Wellvana. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, health coach, and wellness advocate, she combines her expertise in movement, nutrition, and holistic healing to guide clients toward lasting transformation.
Five years ago, she began experiencing unexplained health issues, including severe hair loss and leaky gut issues that left her searching for answers. Despite countless appointments and being told everything was normal, she was left without clarity or answers, until functional medicine helped uncover the root cause — an autoimmune condition. That journey sparked a deep passion to help others who feel overlooked or dismissed, and it’s what led her to embrace a more holistic, root-cause approach to health and healing.
With over 18 years of experience in healthcare, Heather has worked with acute and chronic pain cases, sports injuries, vestibular disorders, and women’s health conditions. She has extensive training in manual therapy, Functional Dry Needling, exercise training and pelvic health. Beyond traditional physical therapy, she pursued a functional nutrition certification to bridge the gap between movement and metabolic health, leading to the launch of Heather Davis Wellness.
When she’s not working with clients, Heather loves spending time outdoors with family and friends, staying active, boating, and inspiring others to embrace movement as medicine.
Cady is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of experience working in standard western medicine with Bone Marrow Transplant patients at Saint Louis University Hospital. In 2022, she received her certification for aesthetic injecting to do on the side.
What started as a career shift from SLUH in early 2024 became something so much more as she dove into the world of hormones. She has had a passion for all things health and wellness since she was in high school, but it went to the wayside between life, kids, hospital work and her own health concerns. She was able to treat herself holistically to restore her own health.
Now, she gets to combine her medical knowledge with her passion (& some fun aesthetics) to help clients feel their best and gain confidence to live the life they always wanted.
